The 29th Street Resident Artists are a diverse group of writers who come together on a weekly basis to write together, discuss form and support one another's work. With meetings on Zoom and live readings, the group offers a nurturing environment in which to hear new work read aloud by actors, often for the first time. Constructive feedback and discussion help the playwright to build and edit new plays until they are ready for their first staged reading in the New Works Series.
