When an anti-government demonstration turns into a riot in a small Central American country, three women face the death penalty under a new anti-terrorist law. For political reasons, behavioral psychologist Ramona Ignacio is forced to find out which one poses the greatest threat to the state. Which two live? Which one dies? And is there a way to save all three?
